Action Catastrophe Team realizes the need our clients have for accurate valuation of the risks they’re insuring and the need to have a partner in place whenever claim questions arise.

For this purpose, we have created our Underwriting and Re-Inspection Team to provide these specialized inspections:

  • Risk Observation: Provides underwriting information on the condition of the risk and out buildings from the exterior.  An assessment of the liabilities observed, adjacent exposures, and distance to the fire department and hydrant.  Photos included.
  • Risk Exterior with ITV: Provides all of the above plus a diagram of the risk, tax and title, and replacement cost ITV.
  • Risk Interior with ITV: We meet with the owner and in addition to the above, we diagram and photo the interior.
  • Risk 4 Point Inspection: We meet with the owner to inspect the roof, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.  We obtain photos and our report includes condition and age of items.
A.C.T. offers Quality Assurance Re-Inspections that include a customized report and photos of our findings. Many times, appraisal and litigation can be avoided by conducting these re-inspections and we find and address: 

  • Inaccurate measurements.
  • Errors in the estimate such as undamaged items included.
  • Differences in quality or quantity of items in estimate.
  • Damages on the estimate but not found on-site.
  • If needed, a supplemental estimate for missed damages is included with our final report. 

Action Catastrophe Team has offices in Florida and Tennessee and our Adjusters work remotely to facilitate a rapid response to whatever the event might be.  FileTrac, our Claims Management System, provides real-time status of every claim through which you can access 24/7/365 claim data.
